Romania – Cogeneration plant construction work – Încheiere contract la cheie pentru „Unitate de cogenerare de înaltă eficiență în CTE Grozăvești”

The “key” contract will include the activities that need to be carried out for the design and execution of the works related to the investment objective “High-efficiency cogeneration unit in CTE Grozăvești”, as well as for testing, supply, installation, commissioning, trial operation, tests for the reception and acceptance of the plant and any other tests, training etc. in accordance with the requirements of the descriptive document. The number of days within which interested Economic Operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarifications / additional information as follows: - on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders for clarification requests submitted 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications. The technical requirements defined at the level of the call for participation, the descriptive document or other complementary documents, by the transmission of standards, to a certain manufacturer, to brands, patents, types, to an origin or to a specific production / method of manufacture / provision / execution, will be understood as being accompanied by the mention “or equivalent”.
