The planned objective of the project is to modernise and develop the operational infrastructure capabilities, in accordance with the Minimum Military Requirements (MMR) transmitted by NATO, by implementing a number of 4 facilities and includes the construction of new buildings with the necessary equipment and facilities to serve them. Additionally, utility networks (electricity, water-drainage and fire extinguishing installation) will be executed, which involve connecting to the existing networks within the barracks. The contract duration is 60 months, a period that includes the warranty period, preparation for reception and reception of the works, as follows: -24 months, the effective execution term of the contract. -60 months, the warranty term of the works, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 10/1995 art. 7, paragraph (3). The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information before the deadline for submission of applications/bids with 15 days.
