Poland – Personal computers – Dostawa: Część 1 – komputera wraz z monitorem; Część 2 – obudowy dyskowej wraz z dyskami serwerowymi

1. The subject of the order is the supply of: 1) a computer with a monitor – in part 1 of the order; 2) a disk enclosure with server disks – in part 2 of the order, hereinafter referred to as “equipment”. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in annexes no. 5a and 5b to SWZ, respectively for the part of the order. 3. Order codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 30213000-5, 30231300-0, 30233141-1, 30234100-9. 4. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers. The parts are specified in paragraph 1 of this section. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts of the order. 5. In the event that the specifications of the order conditions, trade names, types, models, symbols are indicated, these entries should be understood as entries for an example product. 6. In the event that the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, the contracting authority allows for the possibility of applying equivalent solutions to those described. 7. This procedure is conducted taking into account environmental aspects, expressed in environmental criteria for evaluating offers. 8. The order is implemented as part of the project entitled “Polish Research Infrastructure Network for Exact Sciences Supported by Artificial Intelligence – PLAI4SCIENCE” implemented under Action 2.4 Research Infrastructure of the Modern Economy Priority.
