The subject of the current public procurement is the selection of a contractor to provide preventive medical examinations and tests for employees at the TP of NIO - Shumen. The type of preventive medical examinations and tests is determined in accordance with Appendix No. 5 to Art. 8 of Ordinance No. 3/28.02.1987 on mandatory pre-employment and periodic medical examinations of workers, Art. 9 of Ordinance No. 7/15.08.2005 on minimum requirements for providing healthy and safe working conditions when working with video display units and based on the analyses of the preventive medical examinations and tests conducted in 2025 in the system of NIO and the proposal of the occupational health service. The preventive medical examinations are carried out for all employees of TP of NIO - Shumen by name. As of the date of preparation of the technical specification, the projected number of employees is 84, of which 73 are women and 11 are men. The stated number of employees is indicative and may change in terms of quantity and gender. Pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the committee will review the received tenders in the so-called "reverse order", regulated in Art. 61 of the Public Procurement Act.
