The contracting authority for this procurement procedure is the public school community De Waerdenborch. De Waerdenborch selects through this procurement procedure a number of architects (with advisors) for the design assignment for the new construction of the school and a sports hall. The aim is to award the contract to one architect who designs both buildings. De Waerdenborch is the contracting authority for the design of the school, the municipality of Rijssen-Holten is the contracting authority for the design of the sports hall. With the design team to whom the contract is awarded, two agreements will be concluded; with both contracting authorities one contract. School building approx. 10,425 m² bvo Sports building approx. 3,550 m² bvo.
