Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu gminy Łapanów w roku 2027

Subject of the contract: - The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from inhabited properties in the area of the Municipality of Łapanów, from 17 villages: Boczów, Brzezowa, Chrostowa, Cichawka, Grabie, Kamyk, Kępanów, Kobylec, Lubomierz, Łapanów, Sobolów, Tarnawa, Ubrzeż, Wieruszyce, Wola Wieruszycka, Wolica, Zbydniów, as well as holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes in the area of the Municipality of Łapanów, and the organisation and management of PSZOK from 1.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. - Equipping properties with bags for waste collection. Recording - using portable barcode readers - the number of emptied containers and the number and type of bags collected from a given property. - Organising and conducting a collection of bulky waste and hazardous waste twice a year from properties, as well as used electrical and electronic equipment and tyres twice a year from the Municipal Enterprise, Kobylec 64A 32-740 Łapanów. The date for the collection of the above waste will be agreed between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor. - Equipping pharmacies with containers for expired medicines and delivering containers for the selective collection of batteries and small accumulators in the building of the Municipal Office and six schools in the municipality. - Organising and managing a stationary PSZOK within 20 km of the municipal boundary. - Delivering a schedule for the collection of municipal waste to each property, covering the entire year 2027. - Compliance by the Contractor with the limits of waste collected/accepted, 8 tyres and 200 kg of construction and demolition waste per year from a property. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and its implementation is contained in the annex to the SWZ "Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract". Note: The actual amount of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste collected and disposed of, as well as the amount of selectively collected municipal waste collected and disposed of, may differ from the amount declared and will depend on the actual demand of the Contracting Authority, and the Contracting Authority will not be liable for any consequences arising from this. The quantities given in the description of the subject of the contract are only estimated values. In accordance with Article 68b(3)(d) in connection with Article 68a(1)(2) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1289), the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract with the use of at least 9% of vehicles powered by alternative fuel in the total number of vehicles intended for the implementation of the subject of the contract. The share of vehicles is calculated, applying the principle set out in Article 36a, according to which a share of less than 0.5 is rounded down, and a share of 0.5 and above is rounded up. In order to prove the above obligation, the Contractor is obliged to submit, no later than on the date of signing the contract, a declaration on the number of vehicles intended for the implementation of the subject of the contract, in particular indicating the category of vehicles, type of vehicle fuel or vehicle drive, vehicle brand and vehicle registration number. In the declaration, the Contractor is obliged to indicate all the vehicles with which the service will be provided. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to check the accuracy of the information provided in the declaration against the actual state during the implementation of the contract with the Contractor. 1) Place of performance of the contract: Area of the Municipality of Łapanów
