The subject of the procurement is the upgrade of the buyer's existing cybersecurity system as a single functional entity, which ensures a higher level of protection for endpoints and servers, advanced detection and response to security incidents, and prevention of data leakage. The solution is delivered in the form of a subscription lasting at least 36 months and must be fully compatible with the buyer's existing centrally managed endpoint security solution. The subject of the procurement does not include the replacement of the existing endpoint protection system or migration to another vendor's solution, but rather the upgrade and functional enhancement of the existing system to achieve additional EDR, XDR, DLP and NDR functionalities while maintaining operational continuity and existing security policies. The functionalities of the solution must include capabilities related to EDR/NDR/DLP: EDR functionalities on endpoints, DLP functionalities on endpoints, and NDR capabilities through the network layer and event correlation from NGFW within the XDR system as per this specification, all in a single incident management and response system. The procurement includes at least the following components that together form an indivisible functional unit: • subscription licenses and associated services required to upgrade and enhance the existing endpoint security solution, with full compatibility with the existing licensing model, configuration and management method, including functionalities related to EPP/EDR/XDR and security capabilities relevant to EDR/NDR/DLP (incident detection/response, network visibility and data leakage prevention) • implementation, configuration and optimization services (deployment & tuning), including component integration and functionality verification (acceptance) • network security device (NGFW – Next Generation Firewall) compatible with the aforementioned licenses and functionalities, with the necessary subscriptions/licenses for included security functions for the entire subscription period • support and subscriptions for all components for a period of at least 36 months The solution must enable the integration of endpoint and network security into a single system, including the exchange of security information and coordinated incident response. The offered solution must ensure full compatibility and integration without disrupting the existing system. The buyer has an existing centrally managed endpoint protection system implemented on all endpoints and servers, which serves as the operational security platform in day-to-day operations. To maintain the continuity of protection, existing security policies, historical security records, operational procedures and existing investments, the subject of the procurement represents an upgrade and enhancement of the existing system, not a replacement of the existing solution. Migration to another solution would require the replacement of existing agents, migration of security policies, retesting of functionalities and could result in increased operational and security risk for the buyer's critical information systems.
