Netherlands – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Projectmatig verwijderen en aanleg van groen

The intended contract concerns a framework agreement for the removal of greenery, the establishment and maintenance of new green areas after the completion of infrastructure projects and policy developments (carried out by third parties). Sub-contracts will be awarded by the Stadsinfra team and/or Team CERK based on an internally determined layout plan. For projects from the Stadsinfra team, it is arranged that civil engineering measures are carried out by an infrastructure contractor and the establishment and maintenance of green areas by a green contractor. The infrastructure contractor will handle the measures up to and including the earthworks in the green areas.
