Netherlands – Business travel services – Europese Openbare Aanbesteding Dienstreizen (vervoer en verblijf)

The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement in a lawful manner with one (1) service provider (intermediary function) for the brokerage of transport (flight and/or international train tickets) and accommodation for employees of the contracting authority. This means one service provider, one intermediary, one (service) desk and one clear and integral (financial and operational) process to support the organisation of transport and accommodation facilities. With the following objectives: Efficiently, sustainably and lawfully purchasing transport and accommodation facilities outside the Netherlands; Offering flexibility and relief to its employees; Achieving an optimal price-quality ratio; Achieving an optimally matching offer with regard to transport and accommodation facilities. Within the scope of the assignment falls: Drawing up transport and accommodation proposals abroad for one (1) or more travellers; Providing information about booking, reserving, changing and cancelling transport, accommodation and related services; Supplying international flight and train tickets, including flexible booking conditions if offered by the relevant carrier; Arranging accommodation bookings and related vouchers or confirmations; Providing travel documents and relevant information about transport and accommodation conditions; Offering support in the event of disasters during trips (transport) and stays abroad and resolving the consequences as much as possible; Providing a 24-hour availability service; Invoicing transport and accommodation services; Implementing and maintaining the processes and systems required for the service provision; Providing management information and periodic reports; Signaling current travel advice, for example based on the travel advice from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Outside the scope of the assignment falls: Meeting locations and related facilities, such as catering, in the Netherlands and abroad; Travel and accommodation within the Netherlands, including train journeys, bus journeys, taxi transport, public transport and domestic accommodation facilities.
