France – Construction work for water projects – Travaux de raccordement hydraulique, calorifuge et manutention des SKIDS des sous stations du réseau de chaleur du Prissé, Aturrena, à Bayonne

Dalkia is the contractor for the creation and operation of the urban heating plant and network in the municipalities of Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube. These works include the construction of a heating plant, a heat network and its substations. The present call for tender specifically concerns the substations. The mission to be entrusted to the service provider will have the following objectives:

- Hydraulic disconnection, handling and removal of existing boilers in delivery points,

- Handling of skids to substations

- Hydraulic connection of skids to existing installations, with the possible installation of additional equipment (pumps, tanks, etc.) on the secondary side

- Creation of hydraulic networks for connecting certain substations located on rooftop terraces

- Creation of aerial hydraulic networks in car parks

- Insulation of the networks installed

- Supply of equipment on the secondary side, such as pumps or tanks (in optional tranche)

The supply of skids is not part of the service. The estimated number of substations to be connected is 25; it may be increased or decreased depending on the actual number of subscribers connected to the heat network. The awarding entity reserves the right to ask tenderers to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the DCE.
