Brief description / documentation: Brief description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract consists of three distinct lots: 1) Lot No. 1 with subject – maintenance and repair of vehicles from the fleet of the Emergency Medical Assistance Centre – Sofia, as well as the necessary for the performance of repair activity by providing the service "road assistance on roads open to public use". A total of around 106 vehicles, listed in the documentation, are subject to maintenance and repair. The documentation lists 7 types of vehicles (those that in practice most often require repair) with approximately 420 of the most frequently replaced car parts, consumables and services. All interested parties should be aware that it is possible for EMS-Sofia to receive new (warranty) specialized vehicles (ambulances) from the Ministry of Health – the number, quantity and whether there will be any at all is not known at this time. The estimated value is 435 000 (four hundred and thirty-five thousand) euro without VAT. In the current contract, offers are accepted only for this distinct lot; 2) Lot No. 2 with subject - carrying out periodic technical inspections for the roadworthiness of the vehicles from the fleet of EMS-Sofia in accordance with Ordinance No. N-32 of 16 December 2011 on periodic inspections for checking the technical roadworthiness of vehicles. Within this distinct lot, all motor vehicles of the Centre will undergo a periodic technical inspection – both those listed in the list below and any newly acquired (if such inspections are necessary). The estimated value is based on the maximum amount that EMS-Sofia can pay – 15 300,00 (fifteen thousand and three hundred) euro without VAT. Pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the PPA, no tenders will be accepted for this distinct lot within the current procedure, and direct award will be made in accordance with Article 20, paragraph 4 of the PPA; 3) Lot No. 3 with subject – supply of car parts and consumables, as well as services for their installation or maintenance of the vehicles from the fleet of EMS-Sofia, which are purchased by the Ministry of Health (MoH) and are within their warranty period, as well as if additional payment is required, in cases where the insurance does not cover the full insurance claim (if there is a clear economic benefit for the Centre). If there are no reasons for extending the warranties, it is expected that there will be no warranty vehicles left by the year of contract performance. For this distinct lot, car parts, consumables and services will be purchased only if this is necessary, so as not to invalidate the warranty, are not included in the warranty maintenance and cannot be performed under Lot No. one. The Centre cannot accurately predict what these will be, due to the random nature of their occurrence (for example, a road traffic accident) or if additional equipment is required (vehicles are purchased by the MoH and are provided to EMS-Sofia fully equipped with regard to the requirements of the ministry and if a part or consumable is needed for their full functionality, but to it or to the method of installation it is necessary to apply special requirements with regard to the non-voidance of the warranty). The estimated value is based on the maximum amount that EMS-Sofia can pay – 15 300,00 (fifteen thousand and three hundred) euro without VAT. Pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the PPA, no tenders will be accepted for this distinct lot within the current procedure, and direct award will be made in accordance with Article 20, paragraph 4 of the PPA.
