The residence will consist of 70 collective housing units, a common room of 100 m2 (3 625 m2 GFA) and 70 underground parking spaces. No demolition is planned. Tasks assigned to the project management (basic mission - additional missions): ESQ, AVP, PRO, G2 and G4 studies, DCE, ACT, partial EXE (quantitative breakdown framework), VISA, DET, OPC, AOR including the follow-up of the GPA (12 months). Estimated start date for works: 2nd semester 2027. Target label: BDM Silver.
