Denmark – Foul-water piping construction work – Spildevandskloakering af Kastrup Strand og Kastrupvej (Etape 1)

The procurement covers earthwork, sewer and paving work for the establishment of sewer pipelines in Søvej, Strandgården Vest, Strandgården Øst, Strandgården Tværvej, Kastrupvej and certain properties on Bjergskovvej and Tobjergvej in the area near Kastrup Strand (Phase 1). The sewage from the area will be diverted for treatment at Holbæk Renseanlæg via diverting pipelines. The work scope consists of the following approximate main quantities:

• Approximately 3,300 m ø160 – ø200 mm gravity pipelines incl. related manholes.

• Approximately 2,000 m ø110 mm pressure pipelines.

• New branch pipelines to properties incl. inspection chambers.

• Break-up and re-establishment of paving over excavation on all roads and other areas where pipeline systems are established.

• TV inspection of completed pipelines including branch pipelines to inspection chambers.

The contracting authority has not divided the contract into subcontracts, as the contracting authority assesses that a division will result in a number of impractical legal and practical interfaces. Use of the Public Procurement Act Section 83 for Phase 2 and Phase 3: The client expects to purchase further tasks from the winning tenderer by carrying out a negotiated procedure without prior publication in accordance with the Public Procurement Act Section 83 for subsequent similar sewage projects ("repeat project") for Phase 2 and Phase 3. Prior to the award of these repeat projects, pursuant to the Public Procurement Act Section 83, the client will publish a prequalification notice, pursuant to the Act on the Complaints Board for Public Procurement (LBKG 2025-05-08 nr. 448) Section 4.
