The subject of the contract is the purchase of 20 sets of electric beds with bedside cabinets. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Offer Form (Annex 1 SWZ). The purchase of electric beds with bedside cabinets has been co-financed from the budget of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in accordance with Agreement No. 50/D/00029/2026 on the grant of a subsidy for "Co-financing the purchase of electric beds with bedside cabinets for WSS in Czerwona Góra - project name: Investments in health protection." In accordance with the provisions of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds intended to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
