INTRADEL groups several consumption sites/units, as well as electricity production units. The electricity produced by the PV, CETH and PR is considered as green electricity. It is the subject of the granting of: - Green certificates for the CETH, UBDO and BIOC - Origin guarantees labels for the UVE, CETH, UBDO and BIOC. The market is subdivided into three lots: - Lot 1: ELECTRICITY PURCHASE-SALE The contract concerns the purchase, by INTRADEL from a supplier, of the electricity drawn and the sale, to this same supplier, of the electricity injected into the network. This supplier will also be Access Manager and Balance Manager. - Lot 2: SALE OF GREEN CERTIFICATES The sale by INTRADEL of the Green Certificates obtained by the production of green electricity on the CETH, UBDO and BIOC and granted by the competent authorities during the period covered by the present contract. The green certificates offered for sale are those granted by the DGO4 for the production period corresponding to the period of the present contract, and this regardless of the timing of the grant. - Lot 3: SALE OF ORIGIN GUARANTEE LABELS The sale by INTRADEL of the Origin Guarantee Labels obtained by the production of green electricity on the UVE, CETH, UBDO and BIOC and granted by the competent authorities during the period covered by the present contract. The LGO offered for sale are those granted by the DGO4 for the production period corresponding to the period of the present contract, and this regardless of the timing of the grant.
