Finland – Electricity distribution and related services – Sähköverkon asiantuntijapalvelut, Järvi-Suomen Energia Oy

Järvi-Suomen Energia Oy will carry out the design, construction, safety coordination, site supervision, documentation, and quality control of investment projects, maintenance planning, design and construction of area networks and substations, construction of fibre optic networks, and procurement of environmental and nature services for the preliminary contract period 1.4.2027 – 31.3.2030. After this, the contract will continue indefinitely with a one (1) year mutual termination period. The start of the contract period can be adjusted based on negotiations for the final tender. The services to be procured include, among others, the following tasks:

- Acting as a contractor in the Tilaajan network investments

- Site supervision

- Safety coordination

- Documentation in the network information system

- Electrical design of the power grid

- Post-survey of the cable network

- Land use expert tasks

- Environmental and nature service expert tasks

- Other expert tasks

More detailed descriptions of the services (e.g. service descriptions, unit price list) will be sent to the Bidders as an annex to the preliminary tender. The procurement contract will be drafted as the procurement process progresses and the details of the procurement are clarified. The general contract terms for the procurement will be the JYSE 2025 Services -terms attached to the participation request.
