Bulgaria – Laboratory reagents – „Доставка чрез периодични заявки на реактиви за имунологичен анализатор „CL 1200i MINDRAY“ за нуждите на Клинична лаборатория към „СБАЛОЗ д-р Марко Антонов Марков - Варна“ ЕООД“

The subject of the public procurement is the supply, through periodic (monthly) orders from the Contracting Authority, of laboratory reagents for the immunology analyzer "CL 1200i MINDRAY". The order includes a total of 40 (forty) separate positions, which will be awarded in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 1, Item 1, Subparagraph "b" of the Public Procurement Act, as the Technical Specification sets out the general and minimum technical requirements for the proposed medical devices, and in Appendix 1, in Excel format, the name, technical characteristics, units of measurement and approximate forecast quantities in units of measurement for each separate position are indicated, close to the actual quantities purchased by the Contracting Authority. The indicated forecast quantity is for 24 (twenty-four) months, calculated on the basis of annual consumption from the previous year for each separate position, with the Contracting Authority not being obliged to order the entire quantity indicated in the public procurement specification, but having the right to order quantities in accordance with its actual needs. Depending on its specific needs based on the patients received during the month, if necessary, the Contracting Authority makes separate (supplementary) orders. Delivery time for ordered medical devices - up to 3 (three) calendar days after receipt of the order. The order is submitted by the Contracting Authority in written form by electronic means. Acceptance and recording of deliveries - the date of delivery is considered to be the date on which the goods are received by the Contracting Authority at the place of performance, in accordance with the acceptance and transfer protocol. Place of performance - the deliveries will be made to the following address of the Contracting Authority: Varna, "Tsar Osvoboditel" Blvd. 100, "SBALOZ Dr. M. A. Markov - Varna" EOOD, Hospital Pharmacy in the presence of the Head of Clinical Laboratory. The proposed medical devices, for each separate position, must be compatible with the immunology analyzer "CL 1200i MINDRAY". Participants must certify the compatibility of the proposed medical devices with the device specified in the technical specification, by submitting a letter-declaration or an equivalent official document (in the applicable cases), which must be drawn up and in Bulgarian. In accordance with Article 16, Paragraph 1 of the Medical Devices Act.
