Finland – Construction work – Isolahti Gerbyn päiväkodin vuokrapäiväkotihanke

The City of Vaasa (hereinafter "Contracting Authority") invites tenders for the implementation of the Isolahti Gerby daycare rental project based on an open procurement procedure, in accordance with the tender documents and their appendices. The procurement concerns the rental daycare project for the City of Vaasa's Isolahti Gerby daycare centre. The project is a daycare centre to be implemented on a rental basis, with a capacity of 150 children. The daycare centre has facilities for 8 groups and additionally 40-45 staff. The procurement covers the maintenance and user services of the target building for the agreed rental period. The responsibility of the project implementer includes the usability and conditions of the building for the planned rental period. The aim is to sign the lease agreement at the beginning of 2027 and commence construction work in the spring of 2027. Equipping will begin in July 2028. The rental property must be ready for handover to the tenant's management and use by no later than 30.06.2028, when the rental period begins. The project implementer will rent the daycare centre plot from the city. The rental property is a children's daycare centre built and owned by the lessor. The useful area of the project is approximately 2010.5 m2 according to the preliminary space programme. (Does not include wall structures.)
