Switzerland – Facilities management services for computer systems maintenance – Services informatiques liés à la cloudification et à l’infogérance de l’environnement IT

The present contract has for its object the selection of a service provider for the supply of IT services in the field of management, evolution and operation of the contracting authority's information system. The contract with the successful tenderer will last 5 years. The expected services include the implementation, operation and maintenance of IT solutions, as well as the associated support, assistance and management services. The contract includes a firm lot and an optional lot relating to extended support (24/7) services, the activation of which is at the discretion of the contracting authority. The absence of pricing for the optional lot will result in the exclusion of the tenderer.
