Bulgaria – Cleaning and polishing products – „Доставка на хигиенно-санитарни материали и консумативи за нуждите на Община Шумен и общински структури“ по обособени позиции

The subject of this contract is the performance of periodic deliveries upon requests from the Contracting Authority or persons authorized by it of sanitary materials and consumables for the needs of the Municipality of Shumen and municipal structures. The contract is divided into the following distinct lots:

Lot No. 1 - "Delivery of sanitary materials and auxiliary hygiene means for the needs of the Municipality of Shumen and municipal structures" - RESERVED pursuant to Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA)

Lot No. 2 - "Delivery of plastic, polyethylene and auxiliary products for the needs of the Municipality of Shumen and municipal structures" - RESERVED pursuant to Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the PPA

Lot No. 3 - "Delivery of disinfectants for the needs of the Municipality of Shumen and all its structures" - RESERVED pursuant to Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the PPA

Participants have the right to submit offers ONLY for distinct lots No. 1 and No. 2. The type, quantity and requirements for the performance of services under Lot No. 1 and No. 2 are detailed in the Technical Specifications and Indicative Quantity Reports attached to the public procurement documentation.

Lot No. 3, pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the PPA, is awarded in accordance with the procedure for its corresponding individual value - Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 of the PPA (through direct award).
