Finland – Sports goods and equipment – Hippoksen jääurheilukeskuksen harjoitushallien kaukaloiden hankinta

The subject of the procurement is the purchase of three practice ice rinks for the new ice sports centre to be built in the Hippos area of Jyväskylä. The procurement includes the delivery and installation of three (3) practice rinks, as well as the changing rooms and equipment related to them. The technical requirements, equipment and other characteristics of each rink are defined in more detail in the tender documents. The rinks are described separately in the tender, as their intended use, technical requirements and equipment differ partially from each other. The rinks to be delivered must be new, unused and suitable for demanding daily practice and competitive use. The products must meet the current safety requirements as well as the quality, functional and durability requirements defined in the tender. The practice rinks to be installed must meet the flex ring requirements set by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) and the Finnish Ice Hockey Association. The delivery schedule is based on the current progress schedule of the construction project and can be specified by the purchaser as the construction project progresses. Delivery 1 Rinks 2 and 3: delivery and installation 06/2027, delivery of anchors 02/2027. Delivery 2 Rink 1: delivery and installation 11–12/2027, delivery of anchors 09/2027. More specific delivery dates will be agreed with the purchaser according to the progress of the construction project.
