Within the framework of establishing the new research building "OPTICUM", the procurement of a high-performance laser is planned. This laser is intended to be used primarily for the study and provision of laser-plasma-supported X-ray radiation. Several beamlines are to be constructed and operated downstream of the laser. Due to its position as the backend for the laboratory's laser infrastructure, the laser must meet high stability requirements on the one hand, and comply with the pulse parameters for efficient X-ray generation on the other. To ensure future expandability, including for additional beamlines, the system should be designed to be modular. The tender comprises the three main modules:

- Laser (Module 1)

- Amplifier Unit (Module 2)

- Spectral Broadening and Pulse Shortening (Module 3)
