Poland – Telecommunications services – Zakup usługi telekomunikacyjnej transmisji danych przez łącza xWDM na okres 36 miesięcy

The subject of the order is the purchase by the Agency for the Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, based in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Recipient" or "Contracting Authority"), of telecommunications services for data transmission through two xWDM links for a period of 36 months, within which the Contractor is obliged to: 1.1 Provide the Contracting Authority with xWDM Services in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the ppu. 1.2 Provide the Contracting Authority with Dark Fibre Services in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the ppu. 2. The xWDM Service will involve: 2.1. setting up and providing data transmission in DWDM Technology or CWDM Technology, implemented in the premises indicated by the Service Recipient in the Locations, as mentioned in Annex No. 1 to the ppu, using Link I (Link I Service) or Link II (Link II Service), each of which will simultaneously transmit at the start of the provision of the xWDM Service a minimum of: 2.1.1. 2 FC channels with a throughput of 8 Gbit/s each; 2.1.2. 2 FC channels with a throughput of 16 Gbit/s each; 2.1.3. 2 FC channels with a throughput of 32 Gbit/s each; 2.1.4. 6 GbEthernet channels with a throughput of 10 Gbit/s each. 2.2. carrying out Orders involving a change in the parameters (throughput) of the Link I Service or the Link II Service, by ordering the configuration of additional data transmission channels or the termination (waiver) of individual data transmission channels by the Service Recipient; 2.3. providing additional services, which include: technical operation, administration and management of xWDM technology for the purposes of providing the xWDM Service, configuration of links and Equipment, measurement of link parameters, ensuring the security of the teletransmission system, providing the Service Recipient with access to the xWDM monitoring/management system implementing the Services, lending Equipment on the terms specified in § 4 ppu and maintenance services specified in § 10 ppu. 3. The Dark Fibre Service will involve leasing to the Service Recipient two single-mode "dark fibres" operating in the "C" band, along with the connection of 3 (three) DWDM devices owned by the Service Recipient at the location indicated in Annex No. 1 to the ppu, in the Service Recipient's Locations (data processing centres), in accordance with the conditions and parameters indicated in Annex No. 1 to the ppu. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the order be executed on the terms and conditions specified in the ppu together with the annexes constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
