The subject of the contract is the provision of mobile telephony services within the country and abroad, including a recording function, for Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the list of tasks, deadlines, and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract, payments, etc. are specified in the Draft Contract Terms (hereinafter: "DCT"), which is Annex No. 2 to the Invitation to Tender (hereinafter: "ITT") and the Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: "DSC"), which is Annex No. 1 to the ITT.
