The transport contract is carried out as a unit price contract, where the unit is euros/emptying of the collection system (VAT 0 %). The contract includes the collection of all waste, carried out with suitable equipment, within the municipality's statutory responsibility (Waste Act 5, Chapter 32 and 33, Municipal Waste Management). The waste is emptied from collection systems, which include, for example, settling and sealed tanks, small treatment plants and other tank groups. The collection system may include several different waste tanks to be emptied in the same yard. The waste must be transported to the recipient's designated receiving point at the recipient's expense. All waste collected from the contract areas must be delivered to Gasum's reception in Turku at Silakatu 16, 20380 Turku. There are three contract areas: Kaarina area, southern Liedon area and Naantali area. The estimated annual emptying volume in the Kaarina area is 600 units, in the southern Liedon area 600 units and in the Naantali area 1900 units. The works according to the unit price contract, according to the agreement, are located in the Kaarina and southern Liedon contract areas for the period 5.4.2027-2.2.2031. The works according to the unit price contract, according to the agreement, are located in the Naantali contract area for the period 5.4.2027-3.4.2033. The agreements can be extended with an option of 1–24 months, provided that the contractor's performance meets the client's expectations and it is possible in all respects in the current situation. The bidder may bid for all parts.
