The subject of the contract is the Service of processing, including collection and transport, of stabilised municipal sewage sludge (code 19 08 05) produced at the Płaszów Wastewater Treatment Plant, located in Kraków at ul. Kosiarzy 3 – framework agreement. The conclusion of the framework agreement includes: 1) The Service of processing, including collection and transport, of stabilised municipal sewage sludge (code 19 08 05) produced at the Płaszów Wastewater Treatment Plant, located in Kraków at ul. Kosiarzy 3, for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the framework agreement or until the amount indicated in the framework agreement is exhausted, whichever occurs earlier. 2) The actual amount of waste transferred for processing, including collection and transport, will result from the current needs of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority estimates the amount of waste transferred for processing, including collection and transport, at 27 500 Mg, exclusively for the purposes of calculation and comparison of offers. The total value of orders awarded on the basis of the framework agreement will not exceed the amount of 11 381 944,45 zł netto (in words: eleven million three hundred eighty-one thousand nine hundred forty-four zł 45/100 netto), which gives an amount of 12 292 500,00 zł brutto. 3) The basis for qualifying the Contractor to enter into the framework agreement will be the gross offer price indicated by the Contractor, with the reservation of Article XV.5 of the Public Procurement Law.
