Description

1. The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of electrical energy to the objects of the National Museum in Krakow and in the Małopolska region, including commercial balancing and activities required to initiate and properly settle the sale. The distribution service is not included in the contract and is settled based on separate agreements between the Buyer and OSD. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the list of energy pick-up points (PPE) and technical data is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The rules for implementation, settlements, volume securing, liability and contract changes are specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. The forecasted and at the same time maximum volume for the full delivery period amounts to 4 746 MWh, i.e. 4 746 000 kWh, for 21 PPE. The Buyer guarantees the purchase of at least 70% of this volume, i.e. 3 322,20 MWh, with the reservation of the rules regarding the shortening of the delivery period and the liability of the contractor specified below and in the contract project. The limits concern the total pick-up, and not each PPE or tariff group separately. 4. The forecast in tariff groups is: C11 — 96 MWh (5 PPE); B23 — 3 500 MWh (5 PPE); C23 — 360 MWh (1 PPE); C12A — 40 MWh (1 PPE); C22A — 520 MWh (7 PPE); C21 — 230 MWh (2 PPE). The data form the basis for a joint calculation for all contractors. Detailed PPE data is specified in Annex No. 2. 5. The contractor is obliged to ensure, by the date of the contract conclusion at the latest, commercial coverage of the forecasted volume of 4 746 MWh for the delivery period and securing the cost of energy purchase on the principles of the contract project.
