Finland – Medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and personal care products – Hansel Oy:n Terveydenhuollon tarvikkeet ja laitteet 2024-2028 -dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän jatkaminen 31.12.2031 asti

The dynamic purchasing system (DPS) covers healthcare supplies and equipment as well as related services for the customers of Hansel Oy. The subject of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its appendices, in particular in the appendix "Subject of the Dynamic Purchasing System". During the validity period of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate in it. The DPS is valid until the date stated in the contract notice, unless it is terminated or amended while the DPS is in force. The customers of Hansel Oy carry out the procurements among the approved candidates of the DPS with internal competitions, which may take place throughout the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 5.8.2024 and ends when the validity period of the DPS ends. The procurement agreements may be valid for a maximum of five (5) years, however, all procurement agreements end at the latest by 31.12.2032.

SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM

The estimated total value of the dynamic purchasing system is a maximum of 100,000,000 euros (excluding VAT). The dynamic purchasing system is not divided into lots. The internal competitions of the DPS may be divided into sub-areas if necessary. The customers of Hansel Oy may, if they wish, use the electronic auction referred to in Section 44 of the Procurement Act in the internal competitions of the DPS.

This notice does not establish a new dynamic purchasing system, but the notice informs about the continuation of the validity of the existing Healthcare supplies and equipment 2024-2028 dynamic purchasing system. With this notice, the validity of the Healthcare supplies and equipment 2024-2028 dynamic purchasing system is extended by three (3) years until 31.12.2031.
