Poland – Heating oil – Zakup i sukcesywna dostawa oleju opałowego lekkiego L-1 do obiektów KPRP

The subject of the contract is the sale with successive deliveries of light heating oil L-1 (heating fuel oil for heating purposes) meeting the requirements specified in the Polish Standard PN-C-96024-2020-12 for light heating oil, to the objects of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter: KPRP). The Purchaser, by writing "light heating oil", also means "heating fuel oil" or "heating oil", as mentioned in this documentation. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts, which include the following objects: 1) PART I: • The President of the Republic of Poland's Residence Promnik, Ruda Tarnowska, 08-470 Wilga; • The Klarysew Complex, ul. Saneczkowa 14 and ul. Saneczkowa 11, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna; 2) PART II: • The President of the Republic of Poland's Residence on the Hel Peninsula, ul. Helska 3, 84-141 Hel. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 6 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). The subject of the contract must meet the quantitative and qualitative parameters specified by the Purchaser.
