1. The subject of the procurement is the supply of MS Office 365 licenses or equivalent, as well as antivirus software and email protection. 2. CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary: 48000000-8 – Software packages and IT systems, 48730000-4 – Security software packages; 48761000-0 – Antivirus software packages. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the procurement is contained in Annex 2 Subject of the Procurement (SOP) to the SWZ. 4. The contracting authority informs that, as part of the implementation of the public procurement contract, it envisages the possibility of exercising the right of option, as referred to in Article 441(1) of the Pzp. Detailed provisions regarding the implementation of the option are contained in the Subject of the Procurement – Annex 2 to the SWZ and the Draft Contract – Annex 5 to the SWZ.
