Denmark – Nursing home construction work – Udbud af totalentreprisekontrakt vedr. opførelse af plejehjem i Bystævneparken

The contracting authority is procuring a turnkey contract for the construction of two new care homes in Bystævneparken, Husum, Copenhagen Municipality, including detailed design from concept design level to execution design as well as execution of all construction works. The project is located in Bystævneparken in Husum, Copenhagen Municipality, on plot no. 4a Husum. The building site is part of the development area Bystævneparken and will be received after demolition of the existing care homes Rønnebo and Poppelbo. The total care home comprises 250 care apartments with associated common facilities as well as production kitchen, staff and service rooms. Additionally, a portion of the building will be used for external activity day centres. The total floor area of the building amounts to approximately 23,081 m² plus approximately 2,543 m² basement, distributed across two care homes in three courtyard buildings and a central connecting building. The task includes the services described in the turnkey contract including appendices, including detailed design from concept design level to execution design as well as execution of all building and civil works.
