CBRN equipment within the project CBRN GUARD ROMD00078 - ‘Efficient management of CBRN emergencies caused by natural disasters”, funded by the Interreg NEXT Romania - Republic of Moldova 2021-2027 programme: Lot 1 - RAMAN and FT-IR Detector for liquid and solid materials – 1 set; Lot 2 - FT-IR Detector for gases - 1 set; Lot 3 - IMS Spectrometer for chemical compounds detection – 1 set; Lot 4 - Detector with electrochemical sensors – 2 units; Lot 5 - Gamma Flow Meter – 1 set; Lot 6 - Contaminometer for alpha, beta, gamma particles – 1 set; Lot 7 - PID Detector – 1 set; Lot 8 - Personal protection suit level A – 3 units; Lot 9 - Personal protection suit level B – 3 units; Lot 10 - Gamma Spectrometer - 1 set; Lot 11 - Laser-induced UV fluorescence detector - biological agents – 1 set. Deadline by which the contracting authority will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarification/additional information: 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 25. Requests for clarification regarding the award documentation will be sent only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated "Questions" section from the details of the ongoing award procedure. ATTENTION!!! In order to respect the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will respect the provisions of the ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of transmitting requests for clarification and additional information to the award documentation / responses formulated in the case of conducting public procurement contract award procedures through electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THE IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THESE, since these will become public at the time of transmission of the response by the contracting authority!
