The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of services of the Investor's Representative and multi-sectoral Investment Supervision Inspector for the investment task entitled „Development of the cultural activity of Teatr Polski in Poznań - reconstruction, expansion and renovation of buildings together with the purchase of equipment”. The subject of the contract includes in particular: • organizational, technical, settlement and reporting management of the investment on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, within the limits of the mandate granted in the contract; • performance of multi-sectoral investment supervision in accordance with the law - Construction Law; • coordination of the activities of the Contracting Authority, designers, author's supervision, contractor of construction works, administrative bodies, conservation services and other participants in the investment process; • control of the schedule, budget, quality, compliance of works with documentation, regulations, administrative decisions and technical knowledge; • handling of acceptances, settlements, post-construction documentation, completion procedures and activities during the warranty and retention period.
