The University of Amsterdam is launching a European tender to contract a media agency for consultancy, media buying and execution of campaigns aimed at branding, positioning and student recruitment in the Netherlands and internationally. The agency will advise on strategy and channel selection, purchase and manage media placements, monitor and optimize campaigns, and report on results, while creation of content explicitly falls outside the scope.
