A photovoltaic system consisting of solar panels is being constructed in the spa area (3400 Mezőkövesd-Zsóry, Napfürdő u.). The system is designed according to the budgetary specification for the number of modules and power. The current produced by the inverters will be connected to the 0,4 kV main distribution connection points. The system will be equipped with reverse power protection, and the limitation of network feedback will be solved through reverse power protection regulation. Inverters: Total power of three-phase inverters: 499,5 kW in the following breakdown: 7 units, each with at least 25 kW nominal AC power three-phase inverter 6 units, each with at least 20 kW nominal AC power three-phase inverter 2 units, each with at least 17 kW nominal AC power three-phase inverter 3 units, each with at least 15 kW nominal AC power three-phase inverter 1 unit, at least 12,5 kW nominal AC power three-phase inverter 1 unit, at least 10 kW nominal AC power three-phase inverter 1 unit, at least 50 kW nominal AC power three-phase inverter 5 units, each with at least 8,2 kW nominal AC power three-phase inverter 1 unit, at least 7 kW nominal AC power three-phase inverter 1 unit, at least 5 kW nominal AC power three-phase inverter Locations by power: • Parking area: 320,32 kW • Swimming pool: 63,36 kW • Spa: 81,08 kW • Economic buildings, children's camp: 117,88 kW The system will accommodate a total of 1 131 solar panel modules, each with at least 440 Wp nominal power, and 115 solar panel modules, each with at least 720 Wp nominal power. The solar panel modules, inverters, and associated electrical equipment to be installed must meet the technical, safety, and performance requirements specified in the design documentation, technical description, relevant standards, and network licensing regulations. Reference to a specific brand or type is to be avoided; the offer of a product that is technically equivalent to the specification is accepted. The construction project requires a building permit. In accordance with the 46.§ (3) of the 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree (hereinafter referred to as Kr), the tenderer draws attention to the fact that if the unambiguous and generally understandable definition of the subject of the public procurement requires reference to a specific branded, original, typed item, procedure, activity, person, trademark or patent, the designation is made only in the interest of unambiguously defining the nature of the subject and the designation must be understood to mean "or technically equivalent" in every case. The tenderer draws attention to the fact that in case of offering an equivalent item, the equivalence must be proven by the bidder in the bid.
