Netherlands – Education and training services – Onderwijsachterstandenbeleid

The municipality of Helmond wishes to optimise the development opportunities for children in Helmond's education and childcare for the coming years (2027 – 2031) within the frameworks set by the municipal council and within the national budget. We are looking for a party that provides:

• Organisation and guidance of networks with education and childcare

• Management and updating of a reference work for professionals

• Design and execution of professionalisation offerings in cooperation with VVE providers that optimally align with their needs and with the planning in practice of childcare

• Execution of the annual scenario calculation of the hourly rate for preschool education

• Execution of a cost calculation/study of the VVE hourly rate in 2028

• Independent advice to the municipality of Helmond on relevant (supporting) themes, including at least the following themes:

• newcomer education

• inclusive childcare and inclusive education

• general input for new policy memoranda

This concerns an agreement with a value of 1 million euro.
