Poland – Refuse collection services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z terenu Gminy Głuchołazy

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of: 1) collection and disposal of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Głuchołazy, originating from residential properties and from properties where residents do not live, but municipal waste is generated, 2) equipping the aforementioned properties with bins/containers or/and bags for collecting municipal waste, 3) establishing, organising and operating a Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste (called PSZOK) and disposing of the waste collected from the residents of the Municipality of Głuchołazy within the framework of PSZOK, 4) equipping the Customer Service Point (POK), located in the Municipal Office in Głuchołazy, with necessary bags for collecting waste and coloured leaflets with the municipal waste collection schedule. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). In the OPZ, the Contracting Authority indicated the estimated amount of municipal waste that may arise during one year of the contract. The estimated amount of municipal waste that may arise and be collected from the area of the Municipality of Głuchołazy was calculated based on the amount of municipal waste collected in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025, taking into account the projected growth. This estimate is merely indicative. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim in the event of a smaller amount of municipal waste collected than assumed in the estimate. The final amount of waste is not dependent on the forecasts of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority envisages a minimum service realization of at least 70% of the estimated amount of municipal waste.
