Contracting framework for the project „Development of the left bank levees of the Tisza between 130+681 and 143+258 tkm” in accordance with Act LXIX of 2023 and the relevant legislation. Levee development on the left bank of the Tisza between 130+681 and 143+258 tkm (raising the levee to a new MÁSZ, structure developments and renovations, renovation of water gauges) 1.1. Left bank levee of the Tisza 130+681-143+258 tkm (total 13.577 m) - Clearance work 58,500 m2 - Demolition work: 1,744 m3 - Temporary ancillary structures: 18,250 m - Levee construction earthworks: 690,000 m3 - Paving construction: 55,200 m2 - Levee appurtenances: 12,800 m - Utility relocations: 1 unit 1.2. Reconstruction of the Petőfi lock (hydraulic structure) - Temporary ancillary structures: 1 unit - Construction work 1 unit - Steel structure implementation: 6 units - Electrical and asset protection work: 1 unit 1.3. Flood protection infrastructure plans (access roads): renovation of existing paving, construction of paved road, total three locations 1,662 m 2.) River regulation structures (Szatmárcseke-lower, Szatmárcseke-upper, Tarpa IV.) 2.1. Reconstruction of Tarpa IV. bank protection - clearance work: 4,000 m2 - masonry work: 9,700 m2 2.2. Reconstruction of Szatmárcseke lower bank protection - clearance work: 2,600 m2 - masonry work: 3,660 m2 2.3. Implementation, operation, permitting documentation – 1 unit Development of the left bank levee of the Tisza between 130+681 and 143+258 tkm – 1 unit Reconstruction of the Petőfi lock - 1 unit Flood protection infrastructure plans (access roads) – 1 unit Reconstruction of Tarpa IV. bank protection - 1 unit Reconstruction of Szatmárcseke lower bank protection - 1 unit Reconstruction of Szatmárcseke upper bank protection - Preparation of a reuse plan - Examination and consideration of compliance with the DNSH principle The contractor's task is to ensure that the interventions implemented are carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle during the implementation, and the contractor checks and enforces that the interventions implemented are carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle during the implementation, in accordance with the requirements of the call for tenders with the identifier KEHOP Plusz-1.2.21, as set out in point 3.19 of Volume III of the procurement documents. The DNSH principles applicable to the present investment are as follows: - use of nature-based solutions and minimization of energy demand (partially) - identification and consideration of ecological requirements - use of native species - green procurement (partially) - preparation of a reuse plan The winning bidder's task is to prepare the permitting, construction, and implementation plans in accordance with Government Decree 191/2009 (IX. 15.) and the relevant legislation, as well as to prepare the reuse plan. With regard to the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.), the inviting entity draws attention to the fact that, if the unambiguous and generally understandable definition of the subject of the procurement required reference to a specific branded, sourced, typed item, process, activity, person, patent, or trademark, the reference was made only in the interest of unambiguously defining the nature of the subject, and the phrase “or an equivalent” shall be understood in every case next to the reference. The inviting entity draws attention to the fact that in the case of offering an equivalent item, the equivalence must be proven by the AT in the offer.
