Plastering work: from 31.08.2026 to approx. 20.11.2026 Ortenaukreis District Office intends to award the plastering work for the interior renovation of the Vocational Schools in Kehl. The school complex of Vocational Schools Kehl, consisting of the building sections H, G, N and connecting building V, was constructed in the 1960s. Over the decades, the school has been modernised repeatedly, most recently as part of an energy-efficient renovation with facade renewal. Building section G comprises a ground floor, three upper floors, partial basement and a basement in the form of a non-accessible crawl space with installation lines. The aim of the interior renovation is to improve the fire safety status, enhance the rooms in need of renovation and adapt the spatial situation to the current requirements. The renovation will result in the adjustment of some classrooms, which will be adapted and optimised to the needs of the current number of pupils. There will also be a relocation of individual subject rooms and the administrative wing within the existing structure, so that barrier-free access is also addressed to a reasonable extent. The dimensions of the building are approximately 50.0 x 14.5 m in the floor plan. The plastering work is to commence in September 2026. The following plastering work is to be carried out: 1,900 m2 smoothed gypsum-lime plaster 1-layer Q3 plaster base HLZ masonry or concrete; 360 lfm smoothed gypsum-lime plaster 1-layer Q3 reveals <25 cm; 1,900 m2 plaster reinforcement glass fibre fabric plaster base masonry and concrete; 1,240 lfm galvanised corner protection rails, 240 lfm galvanised plaster finish profiles, 180 lfm ancillary plastering work Q3; 750 lfm joint cutting joints.
