The subject of the order has been divided into the following three parts: Part I: Property and civil liability insurance of Inowrocław County. The scope of insurance coverage includes: 1) all-risk property insurance; 2) all-risk electronic equipment insurance; 3) civil liability insurance. Part II: Insurance of motor vehicles of Inowrocław County. The scope of insurance coverage includes: 1) compulsory civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners; 2) civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners for damages incurred while driving vehicles in countries belonging to the Green Card System, but not members of the European Union (so-called Green Card insurance - no-claims insurance); 3) motor vehicle insurance against damage and loss (auto casco); 4) insurance of the consequences of accidents to drivers and passengers; 5) extended, paid assistance insurance; 6) mini assistance insurance (no-claims insurance, if the contractor has such). Part III: Excess civil liability insurance of Inowrocław County. The scope of insurance coverage includes civil liability insurance being an excess over the basic civil liability insurance in respect of owned property and carried out activities.
