Description

The reason for the procurement procedure for the specialist planning services for the technical building equipment HLS is the planned new construction of a fire station in the municipality of Sexau. The municipal council has instructed the administration to prepare the new construction of the fire station as part of a high-rise realization competition. The architectural firm Ackermann + Renner Architekten GmbH from Berlin, with arc+ GmbH from Freudenstadt, emerged as the winner from the procedure. The municipal council will commission the office with the further planning services of the building planning according to § 34 HOAI. To further implement the construction measure on the basis of the existing competition or preliminary design planning, further planning services are now required. The subject of the invitation to tender is the award of the specialist planning services for the technical equipment / HLS (plant groups 1 to 3 and 7) according to § 53 ff HOAI, performance phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 as well as performance phase 4 for plant group 1 (if necessary) according to § 55 HOAI. A negotiated procedure is being carried out in accordance with the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) and § 17 VgV with a competition phase and an award phase. The usable area (NUF) of the building comprises approximately 1,300 m2. Cost estimate: New fire station KG 300 + 400 total: approximately 4,422,735 EUR net - cost share KG 300: approximately 3,268,401 EUR net - cost share KG 400: approximately 1,154,334 EUR net.
