Netherlands – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Europese aanbesteding Integrale ICT-oplossing Sociaal Domein

The contract concerns the delivery of an integrated ICT solution (SaaS) for the social domain, including implementation, migration, management, maintenance and support. The solution is aimed at supporting the execution of legal tasks within the social domain. The agreement is expected to come into effect on 1 December 2026 and includes an implementation period until 31 January 2028. This is followed by an initial contract period of 5 years. The agreement can be extended unilaterally by the contracting authority with four (4) extension options of two (2) years each. The maximum duration of the agreement is therefore approximately 13 years, with the final end date being 31 January 2041. The estimated total value of the contract, including all extension options, lies between € 800,000 and € 2,250,000 exclusive of VAT over the entire duration.
