The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity for the power consumption points indicated in Annex 1a and 1b to the SWZ for a period of twelve months starting from 01.01.2027. 2. The contract is divided into two parts: Part 1 – Purchase of electricity for public space lighting. Part 2 – Purchase of electricity for facilities. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 09310000-5 Electricity 4. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts. 5. The contracting authority does not envisage awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the PZP Act. 6. The contracting authority does not envisage exercising the option right under Article 441 of the PZP Act. 7. The contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in the SOPZ, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ, and in the contract templates which are Annexes 3a-3b to the SWZ.
