Denmark – School cleaning services – Tietgenskolen - Udbud af rengøring 2026 - Prækvalifikation

Servicemægleren A/S is pleased to assist Tietgenskolen (hereafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority") with the above-mentioned tender for cleaning. The task involves cleaning at Tietgenskolen located at the following addresses:

Elmelundsvej 10, 5200 Odense V (HHX)

Seebladsgade 12, 5000 Odense (EUD and EUX Business as well as management and finance)

Rugårdsvej 286, 5210 Odense NV (Courses)

The task concerns the execution of daily scheduled cleaning of teaching areas, common areas, canteen areas, toilet facilities, and other related areas, including rooms at selected locations. The Contracting Authority's daily users consist mainly of students and administrative staff.

There are approximately 25,000 m2 that need to be cleaned daily at the Contracting Authority's addresses.

The task is not divided into sub-contracts.

The scope of the cleaning task is further described in the building and local registers with accompanying drawings (Appendix C and C1).
