The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Public Procurement Entity (PPE) for which the final customer status of electricity (understood in accordance with art. 3 point 13a of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law) is held by entities associated in the ranks of the purchasing group, created on the basis of powers of attorney granted to the City of Lubin.
