The AdSP makes it known that the company Top cucina Eventi s.r.l., holder of Formal Act n. 87/24 and the related Supplementary Act n. 109/26, concerning the use of a structure located at the Trapezoidal Pier, with a total area of 2,432.00 sq.m. (of which 71 sq.m. occupied by a pergola and 120 sq.m. by an outdoor area), plus 91 sq.m. of uncovered area, for the purpose of enhancing catering and cultural tourism services, as well as for carrying out public performances, musical and dancing events, with expiry on 28.01.2030. With application, prot. AdSP n.31555 of 08.06.2026 the aforementioned company requested the expansion of 290 sq.m. of uncovered area to be used as a waste deposit and loading/unloading area for goods, pursuant to article 24, second paragraph, first sentence of the nav. cod. This notice is published for 30 consecutive solar days on the GURI, the OJEU, the Bulletin Board of the Municipality of Palermo and the online Bulletin Board of this Authority (www.adsppalermo.it). Any observations and/or competing requests may be submitted within the expiry date of the aforementioned publication period on the GURI to the Ente's pec address. The acts of the procedure are available at the Demanio Office of this Authority. The person in charge of the procedure is the Head of the Demanio Area.
