Slovakia – Electricity – Združená dodávka elektrickej energie pre objekty Sociálnej poisťovne

The subject of the contract is the joint supply of electrical energy to the customer's points of delivery (PODs) in quality and conditions in accordance with the technical requirements of the distribution system operator (DSO) and the valid legislation of the Slovak Republic. The subject of the contract consists of:

• supply of commodity: electrical energy in the estimated volume of 10 474 470 kWh to the customer's points of delivery;

• responsibility for deviation: the economic operator assumes full responsibility for the deviation of the customer for all its points of delivery, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 251/2012 Z. z. on Energy in the wording of later regulations, Decree of the Office for the Regulation of Network Industries No. 207/2023 Z. z., which establishes the rules for the functioning of the internal market for electricity, in the wording of later regulations, and the relevant operating rules of the organiser of the short-term electricity market;

• distribution of electricity transmission: ensuring access to the distribution system and the distribution of electricity including the provision of related services and the payment of the relevant fees to third parties.
