The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste, consisting of: 1) accepting municipal waste, specified by type in the table in Section II of the OPZ, at the location for accepting municipal waste indicated and provided by the Contractor, 2) collecting/storing municipal waste, including at the municipal waste acceptance site, after acceptance and before processing, 3) processing the accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, in a facility or facilities with the required legal authorizations to manage the individual types of waste, indicated and provided by the Contractor, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions; 4) fulfilling reporting-informational obligations, 5) fulfilling obligations guaranteeing the Contracting Authority the possibility of exercising control-verification rights, 6) fulfilling services and obligations related to the services expressed above in points 1-5.
