The supply of fuels by accredited cards and ancillary services for the vehicles of the Drôme Department. The supply and delivery of badges for telepeage access to motorway networks for the vehicles of the Drôme Department. A second consultation is launched simultaneously in an open restricted procedure and concerns lot 4 (Supply of cards or badges for electric recharging for the vehicles of the Drôme Department). The supply relates to fuels to be collected directly from the pump, by the use of accredited cards, forming purchase orders at each collection. If the offer includes the washing service or other ancillary services, these must be able to be integrated and parameterised on the cards used for the supply of fuels. The technical specifications are defined in the CCTP. It is for the public entity to choose individually those authorised according to the use and function of the vehicle to which the card is allocated. The supply and delivery of badges for telepeage access to motorway networks for the vehicles of the Drôme Department. The framework agreement covers access by badges on lanes reserved for telepeage on all motorways in France marked with a "t". Also included in this framework agreement are all infrastructures subject to tolls (tunnels, ports, etc.). These framework agreements fall under category 20 of Directive 2004/18/EC of 31 March 2004: ancillary and auxiliary transport services. The framework agreement includes 2 lots, distinguishing between tolls for light vehicles and those for heavy goods vehicles. The 2 lots also include the following services: access to a secure customer space including badge management, fleet management, online claims and the provision of a detailed monthly statement of consumption.
