Dynamic procurement system establishment for the satisfaction of the joint tenderers' electrical energy needs for 36 months, based on full supply contracts, for the places of electrical energy use according to the procurement documents of the invitation to tender phases, for the joint tenderers. The procurement of electrical energy (commercial legal relationship purchase) continuously available in the Hungarian electrical energy system, corresponding to the connection characteristics of the places of use, of a quality according to the MSZ-EN 50160 standard valid at the time of the submission of the present invitation to tender, without schedule delivery obligation, based on full supply electrical energy supply contracts.
